We report the RNAi-21 had some genes with suppressed transcript levels (mainly involved in photosynthesis, oxidative phosphorylatio,amino acid, carbohydrate and cell wall components metabolism). In contrast, the genes were stronger expressed compared to WT were mainly involved in plant hormone signal transduction and MAPK signaling pathway after 2 hours of exposure. Overall design: Analysis of differentially expressed genes between WT and RNAi-21 in the dark, 0.5 and 2 h of light,respectively.
