This data represents repeated immunohistochemical staining and stripping (elution) cycles of an array tomography tissue ribbon from mouse barrel cortex following chessboard deprivation. Included are images from consecutive 70 nm serial sections aligned to produce a high-resolution volumetric reconstruction of a given antibody stain.本数据集涵盖棋盘式感觉剥夺后小鼠桶状皮层的阵列断层成像（array tomography）组织切片带所经历的多次免疫组织化学染色与剥离（洗脱）循环操作。所包含的图像均来自连续70纳米厚度的系列切片，经对齐配准后，可针对指定抗体染色实现高分辨率体积重建。
