This is the atmospheric turbulnece estimation from high vertical-resolution radiosonde data (HVRRD) usig the minimum Richardson number. The data are provided in NetCDF format and they are archived in six-month intervals as tar.gz files, due to their large volume.本数据集基于最小理查森数（Richardson number）方法，由高垂直分辨率探空数据（High Vertical-resolution Radiosonde Data, HVRRD）生成大气湍流估算结果。鉴于数据体量较大，其以NetCDF格式存储，并按六个月为间隔归档为tar.gz压缩包。
