GFI1B determines specificity of lung tissue-resident multipotent ILC

GFI1B expression identified a multi-lineage ILC subset that retained the capacity for ILC2 development in the lung. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNAseq) to analyse the differentially expressed genes in these multipotent lung resident ILC. Overall design: Lung ILCs of the GFI1BGFP mice were isolated by Fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) according to the presence or absence of GFP signal and analysed using scRNAseq.
