Supplementary Material - Multivocal Literature Review on Site Reliability Engineering

Supplementary material for the multivocal literature review (MLR) on Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), conducted to explore scientific and gray literature.This work aims to investigate what the multivocal literature is saying about the SRE approach, building the landing zone for further studies. Thus, the MLR was performed to identify practices, tools, benefits, challenges, and future perspectives from the point of view of researchers and practitioners.本数据集为针对站点可靠性工程（Site Reliability Engineering，SRE）的多源文献综述（multivocal literature review，MLR）的补充材料，该综述旨在探索科学文献与灰色文献。本研究旨在探究多源文献对SRE方法论的相关论述，为后续研究搭建奠基性平台。因此，本次多源文献综述旨在从研究者与实践者的视角，梳理并识别相关实践、工具、优势、挑战以及未来研究展望。
