Database show the behavioral results in the real time conditioned place preference task under optogenetic stimulation of the ventral tegmental area and anterior insular cortex, neurotransmitters profile into anterior insular cortex in different sessions of the same task and electrophysiological recordings in the ventral tegmental area and anterior insular cortex.本数据集收录了三类实验数据：一是对腹侧被盖区（ventral tegmental area）与前岛叶皮层（anterior insular cortex）施加光遗传刺激时，实时条件位置偏好任务的行为学结果；二是同一任务不同实验阶段中前岛叶皮层的神经递质谱数据；三是腹侧被盖区与前岛叶皮层的电生理记录数据。
