To gain a deeper insight into roles of UTX in hESCs derived neurons, we performed ChIP-seq and RNA-seq to analyze the genome-wide changes of histone modifications and transcriptome changes after UTX deletion in hESCs-derived neurons. Total RNA was extracted from WT and UTX-KO neurons and generated by deep sequencing, in at least three biological replicates, using novaseq 6000. ChIP-seq was sequenced in one biological replicates using neurons and BGISEQ-500.
