This file includes the CRISPR-Cas spacers we predicted from the de novo assembled gut metagenomic datasets (125 samples in total), which we have used to predict the bacterial hosts of Mac phages.本文件收录了我们从总计125份样本的从头组装肠道宏基因组数据集中预测得到的CRISPR-Cas间隔序列（CRISPR-Cas spacers），我们曾借助上述序列完成Mac噬菌体的细菌宿主预测工作。
