Code and sample data from "Temporal dynamics of climate change exposure and opportunities for global marine biodiversity"

Post-processed data sample and code from <i>Temporal dynamics</i><i> of climate change exposure and opportunities for global marine biodiversity</i><i> </i>(2024) Schwarz Meyer AL, Pigot AL, Merow C, Kaschner K, Garilao C, Kesner-Reyes K, Trisos CH.The pre-processed climate data used in the analyses were not uploaded due to the file size exceeding Figshare's storage quota. Instead, we provide post-processed climate data from one climate model as a sample. We also provide the R scripts needed to reproduce the analyses and recreate the figures. The climate data can be obtained from https://esgf-index1.ceda.ac.uk/search/cmip6-ceda/. Species data can be obtained at https://aquamaps.org.<br><br>

由于文件大小超出Figshare的存储配额，本研究分析所用的预处理气候数据未予上传。取而代之，我们提供了来自单个气候模式的后处理气候数据作为示例。此外，我们还提供了可复现分析流程与生成研究图表的R脚本。
