Dietary lipids promote fetal-like to neonatal-like maturation in hiPSC-derived intestinal epithelium
收藏资源简介:
Codes and bulk RNAseq data for "Dietary lipids promote fetal-like to neonatal-like maturation in hiPSC-derived intestinal epithelium" paper. The file contains the R-code, metadata, bulk RNAseq data from the in vitro iPSC-derived IEC and pseudobulk of single-cell RNAseq data from the in vivo small intestinal epithelial cells representing fetal and adult (hinxton) and neonatal (rehovot). Pseudobulk data were generated with the R code and the original single-cell RNAseq data from: raw_counts_hinxton_epithelium_smallint.xlsx: Elmentaite, Rasa, et al. "Cells of the human intestinal tract mapped across space and time." Nature 597.7875 (2021): 250-255. raw_counts_rehovot_epithelium.xlsx: Egozi, Adi, et al. "Single-cell atlas of the human neonatal small intestine affected by necrotizing enterocolitis." PLoS biology 21.5 (2023): e3002124.
