Comparative transcriptome analysis of rye (Secale cereale) hybrids inoculated with ergot and fusarium

In this study we presented transcriptome data from spikes of two rye hybrids. Total eighteen biological samples with three replication of each hybrid in control, inoculated with Claviceps and Fusarium sp had been deposited.
