Transcriptome changes of liver from mice overexpressing Chrna4

We injected adenovirus overexpressing Chrna4 as well as vehicle via tail vein (1× 10^9 pfu per mouse). Mice were fed with high-fat diet at the same time. After two weeks from virius injection, mice were sacrificed and samples were collected Overall design: Mice were grouped and injected vehicle or Chrna4-overexpressing adenovirus together with high-fat diet fed for two weeks.
