Supporting data for "Photo-cleavable Backbone Modification Strategy (PBM) for Difficult Peptide/Protein Synthesis and Synthesis of Teixobactin Analogues for Enhanced Solubility While Retaining Activity"

This thesis includes two projects. Chapter 1 focuses on the development of novel methodology to assist in difficult peptide and protein synthesis. Chapter 2 focuses on optimizing structure of a peptide antibiotic. This dataset includes characterization of synthesised material and reaction monitoring for both projects. The data are divided into two categories:Dataset-NMR is a characterization for small molecules used as building blocks. This includes all molecules for both Chapters 1 and 2.Dataset-UPLC is an analytical dataset including characterization for peptide synthesis, purifications, and reaction (between peptides) monitoring. This has been divided into several folders for both chapters and 2 due to the size limit.本论文包含两项研究课题。第1章围绕开发用于辅助复杂肽类与蛋白质合成的新型方法学展开。第2章则聚焦于优化某肽类抗生素的分子结构。本数据集涵盖两项课题中合成产物的表征数据与反应监测数据。数据分为两大类：Dataset-NMR 为用作合成砌块的小分子表征数据集，涵盖第1章与第2章中涉及的全部小分子。Dataset-UPLC 为分析类数据集，涵盖肽类合成、纯化以及肽间反应监测的表征数据。由于文件大小限制，本数据集已针对第1章与第2章拆分为若干子文件夹。
