PLINK formatted genotype data files (bed, bim, fam) for 344 unrelated Tibetan individuals genotyped on both the Illumina OmniExpress-24 v1.0 array and the Illumina HumanCore-12 v1.0A array. HumanCore array genotypes were used for markers found on both arrays.
本数据集包含采用PLINK格式化的基因型数据文件（bed、bim、fam），涉及344名无亲缘关系的藏族个体；上述个体同时通过Illumina OmniExpress-24 v1.0基因芯片与Illumina HumanCore-12 v1.0A基因芯片完成基因分型。对于两款芯片均覆盖的遗传标记，本数据集采用HumanCore芯片的分型结果。
