This recipe book was the result of the research study titled "From Home Kitchen Treasure to Recipe Book: Capturing Tboli Culinary Heritage through Gastronomic Systems Methods." The study was conducted in partnership with Sultan Kudarat State University, the local government unit of Tboli (LGU-Tboli), the National Commission on Indigenous People (NCIP), and the Tboli tourism office. Consultation meetings and discussions were held with all the involved parties, including tribal leaders and NCIP officers. These meetings were conducted to clarify the academic purpose of the research and to obtain mutual agreement and respect for conducting the study. After receiving approval, the research intent was formalized through a resolution and certification, which were duly signed by the IPS (Indigenous Political Structure) Leaders in accordance with the by-laws of the NCIP for the welfare and protection of Indigenous peoples. Subsequently, the certification was endorsed by the NCIP.
本食谱集源自题为《从家庭厨房珍藏到食谱典籍:借助美食体系方法记录塔博利(Tboli)烹饪遗产》的研究课题。本研究由苏丹库达拉特州立大学、塔博利地方政府单位(LGU-Tboli)、全国原住民委员会(National Commission on Indigenous People)及塔博利旅游办事处联合开展。研究团队与包括部落领袖及全国原住民委员会官员在内的所有相关方举行咨询会议与研讨,以明确本研究的学术宗旨,并就开展研究事宜达成相互共识与尊重。在获得许可后,研究方依据全国原住民委员会为保障原住民福祉与权益制定的相关细则,由原住民政治架构(Indigenous Political Structure, IPS)领袖正式签署决议与认证文件,以正式确立研究意向。随后,该认证文件获全国原住民委员会背书核准。
