综合利用海洋管理综合数据库汇聚处理后的海域开发利用数据，运用大数据分析、GIS分析等技术，分析海洋功能区划分布、区域用海规划利用率、用海项目用海类型、用海项目发证级别、用海项目分布情况、海域使用金情况等信息，并能够利用环形图、柱状图等统计图实现海域开发利用综合数据组合可视化，为海域开发利用、海域规划提供决策依据。

By comprehensively leveraging the sea area development and utilization data aggregated and processed by the integrated marine management database, this dataset adopts technologies such as big data analysis and GIS analysis to analyze multiple pieces of information including the distribution of marine functional zoning, the utilization rate of regional sea-use plans, sea-use types of sea-use projects, certification levels of sea-use projects, distribution of sea-use projects, and status of sea area use fees. It also enables combined visualization of comprehensive sea area development and utilization data via statistical charts such as pie charts and bar charts, providing decision-making support for sea area development, utilization and marine planning.
