Population Structure of Genotypes and Genome-Wide Association Studies of Cannabinoids and Terpenes Synthesis in Hemp (Cannabis sativa L.)

The aim of the research was to investigate the population structure of different hemp phenotypes within three different varieties (Carmanola selected, Tiborszallasi and Finola selection), identify genes located in significant loci from GWAS analysis, and explore their association with observed traits.
