This dataset contains the supporting raw and processed data for the manuscript investigating the evolutionary dynamics of Hox gene clusters in tetrapods. It includes species-level Hox repertoire annotations, assembly gap validations, intergenic distance (ID/IDR) matrices, phylogenetic signal calculations, PGLS regression inputs, and comprehensive VISTA sequence alignments across 234 tetrapod species.
