This dataset includes a classification (table 1) and a mapping of the stakeholders involved in school catering in the Ile-de-France region (France) (Figure 1, Table 2). Based on Clarkson (1995) and da Cunha (2010), the stakeholders are divided into four categories (Table 1). The internal primary stakeholders are in charge of the school catering service. The external primary stakeholders are essential for the efficiency and the continuity of the catering service. The secondary stakeholders can influence or be influenced by the catering service. The authorities are the decision and policy-making centers.

本数据集涵盖法国法兰西岛大区(Ile-de-France)校园餐饮相关利益相关方的分类(表1)与映射关系(图1、表2)。 基于克拉克森(Clarkson,1995)与达库尼亚(da Cunha,2010)的研究框架,本研究将利益相关方划分为四大类别(表1): 1. 内部核心利益相关方:负责校园餐饮服务的运营管理; 2. 外部核心利益相关方:是保障餐饮服务高效运转与持续推进的必要主体; 3. 次级利益相关方:可对餐饮服务施加影响,或受餐饮服务的影响; 4. 主管部门:为决策与政策制定的核心机构。
