Transcriptome analysis of tyrosine restricted 3T3-L1 cells (pCHOP-tdTomato line) with knocking down Sf3a3

This study aims to investigate the cellular response of mouse preadipocyte 3T3-L1 cells to tyrosine restriction and the impact of knocking down the splicing factor Sf3a3 on this response. The cell line used in this research is pCHOP-tdTomato, derived from 3T3-L1 cells, which allows for visualization of stress responses through CHOP induction.
