Bacterial community composition is associated with the variation of cadmium content in cacao seeds

This research study aims to characterize and correlate bacterial community composition with crop factors in soil cacao systems. The study comprises five farms where 225 samples were analyzed using a metagenomic approach. On top of that, this study inferred the relationship between soil and seed Cd content and soil bacterial composition.
