This data represents repeated immunohistochemical staining and stripping (elution) cycles of an array tomography tissue ribbon from mouse barrel cortex following chessboard deprivation. Included are images from consecutive 70 nm serial sections aligned to produce a high-resolution volumetric reconstruction of a given antibody stain.本数据集涵盖小鼠桶状皮层在棋盘格式感觉剥夺后，其阵列断层扫描（array tomography）组织带经多轮免疫组织化学染色与剥离（洗脱）循环所得的全部数据。其中包含连续70纳米厚度的系列切片图像，经对齐配准后可针对特定抗体的染色结果构建高分辨率三维体积重建模型。
