Forward-Looking Digital Camera Imagery. Version 1.0

During DC3, the NSF/NCAR GV HIAPER (GV_N677F) flew a forward-looking digital camera for in-flight video capture. Individual photo jpeg images were captured once per second during flights. Images taken after dark have been stripped from this archive. The remaining images have been combined into hour long tarfiles running from zero minutes zero seconds (or the start time of the first file) to 23 minutes 59 seconds (or the end time of the last file) after each hour. Note that the first and last tarfile for each flight will contain less than a full hour of imagery. Directory files returned with each order give the contents of each corresponding tar file.

在DC3任务期间，美国国家科学基金会（National Science Foundation, NSF）/国家大气研究中心（National Center for Atmospheric Research, NCAR）的高空环境研究机载平台（High-performance Instrumented Airborne Platform for Environmental Research, HIAPER，注册号GV_N677F）搭载了前视数码相机，用于飞行中视频采集。飞行过程中每秒采集一张JPEG（JPEG）格式的单张照片。本档案已移除夜间拍摄的所有图像。剩余图像被整合为时长一小时的tar文件，每个tar文件覆盖每小时内的0分0秒（或首个文件的起始时间）至59分59秒（或末个文件的结束时间）时段。请注意，每次飞行的首个和末个tar文件所包含的影像时长不足一小时。每份订单附带的目录文件将列明对应tar文件的具体内容。
