To investigate the associated with DNA demethylation and neural tube defects (NTDs) with folate deficiency, we etablished mouse embryonic stem cells (mESCs) Sv/129 in folate-deficiency-treated. Overall design: We then performed the enrichment of H3K27ac analysis using data obtained from H3K27ac ChIP-seq in the cell model. Comparative the enrichment of H3K27ac analysis of ChIP-seq data for sv129 cells as control group and its folate-deficiency-treated as experimental group.
