DIAGNOSIS OF DIFFICULTIES IN MATHEMATICS AMONG NINTH CLASS STUDENTS OF HARYANA

Mathematics is a “Gatekeeper Course “and successful completion paves the way for students<br>to advance to higher level. Majority of the students do not study mathematics as subject at the secondary<br>stage instead they choose other subjects. They consider it to be an exceptionally difficult subject.数学是一门"守门人课程（Gatekeeper Course）"，顺利完成该课程可为学生进阶更高层次的学习铺平道路。在中学阶段，多数学生并未将数学作为修习科目，转而选择其他学科，他们认为数学是一门异常艰深的学科。
