MercuryDPM data: Segregation of intruder particles in dense granular flows

Discrete particle simulation data for systems containing a single intruder particle and two intruder particles in a dense granular shear flow. The data is used for a master's thesis project in mechanical engineering at the University of Twente, titled segregation of intruder particles in dense granular flows. The data is generated utilising MercuryDPM a fast and flexible particle solver. MercuryDPM also provides the coarse-graining (CG) module called MercuryCG, which can construct continuum fields for you. Each compressed file comprises of output data for creating the figures as used in the thesis. A more detailed description of how to use the data, along with the scripts listed on Bitbucket, to reproduce the figures is provided in the README file.
