Fielder) combination; a description of the corresponding gene based on a top BLAST hit; GO, enzyme and InterPro annotations for the corresponding gene.本数据集包含针对各处理组（禾谷镰孢菌（Fusarium graminearum）、吐温20（Tween 20）、无处理）与基因型（TaNACL-D1过表达株系以及Fielder栽培品种野生型）的组合所得到的DeSeq2差异表达分析输出结果；基于最优BLAST（Basic Local Alignment Search Tool）比对结果得到的对应基因功能描述；以及对应基因的基因本体（GO）、酶学注释与InterPro注释信息。
