Targeted genes of Isl1 in E13.5 mouse retina with CUT&Tag

The transcription factor ISL1 regulates a unique set of genes in retinal ganglion cells. KEGG Pathway analysis of differentially expressed genes in Isl1 cKO retina revealed multiple genes involved in axon guidance, extracellular matrix-receptor interactions, and cell adhesion molecules. Overall design: To determine if ISL1 directly regulates these downstream genes, we performed CUT&Tag of ISL1 in wildtype E13.5 retina. The identity of the peaks were characterized and big chromatin profiles were obtained.
