We studied the impact of IL-38 neutralization on tumor immune control in PyMT mammary carcinoma mouse model via γδ T cells. To that end, whole transcriptome profile of PyMT tumors upon in vivo IL-38 neutralization and γδ-TCR blockage were generate via next generation mRNA sequencing on a NextSeq 2000 sequencer. Total RNA was isolated from polyoma middle T oncogene (PyMT)-induced tumors from WT mice treated in vivo with either anti-IL-38 antibodies (n=6) or IgG isotype control (n=5). For the γδ-TCR blockage, WT mice were treated in vivo with IgG isotype control (n=4) and IL-38 KO treated with either anti-γδ-TCR antibodies (n=4) or IgG isotype control (n=4).
