DATASET <b>Prognostic significance of regulatory CD25+ T cells in bladder cancer: an immunohistochemical analysis</b><b>Regluatory Tcells infiltrate in bladder cancer</b>

In this study, we aimed to assess using immunohistochemistry (IHC) the density and distribution of T regulatory lymphocytes in urothelial carcinoma of the bladder and secondly to analyze their prognostic value.It is an original article that focused on the potential role of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes and especially regulatory T cells as a prognostic marker in urothelial carcinoma.This is significant because our results showed that all tumors were infiltrated with CD3+ CD25+ TILs, and that Tregs can be predictive of recurrence in UC of the bladder.C25 receptor could also be a promising potential target for precise medicine therapy in the future.<br>本研究旨在通过免疫组织化学（immunohistochemistry，IHC）技术，评估膀胱尿路上皮癌（urothelial carcinoma of the bladder，UC）中调节性T淋巴细胞的密度与分布特征，并进一步分析其预后价值。本研究为一篇聚焦于肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞（tumor infiltrating lymphocytes，TILs）、尤其是调节性T细胞作为膀胱尿路上皮癌预后标志物潜在作用的原创性研究。本研究具有重要意义，结果显示所有膀胱尿路上皮癌肿瘤均浸润有CD3+ CD25+ 肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞，且调节性T细胞可预测膀胱尿路上皮癌的复发风险。CD25受体未来或可成为精准医学治疗的潜在靶点。
