Pulse amplitude modulation of the benthic foraminifera Amphistegina lobifera exposed to electric current, April 2023@en

This dataset contains measurements of photosynthetic efficiency, expressed as maximum quantum yield (Fv/Fm), of the endosymbiotic diatoms of benthic the foraminifera Amphistegina lobifera, exposed to electric currents for a one-month period. The data were collected in April 2023 using Imaging Pulse-Amplitude Modulated (PAM) fluorometry during the first of a two-part experiment. This dataset provides insights into the effects of electric currents on the physiology of the endosymbionts of Amphistegina lobifera.本数据集涵盖底栖有孔虫叶状双盖虫（Amphistegina lobifera）体内共生硅藻的光合效率测量数据，该效率以最大量子产额（Fv/Fm）表征。所有受试样本均已接受为期1个月的电流暴露处理，相关数据于2023年4月通过成像脉冲振幅调制（Imaging Pulse-Amplitude Modulated, PAM）荧光法采集，对应两分阶段实验的第一环节。本数据集可为解析电流对叶状双盖虫内共生体生理机能的影响提供科学依据。
