Data from article: "Drivers of depth-mediated shifts in methanogen andmethanotroph communities among tropical Andean mountain peatlands"

There are two spreadsheets with data. The spreadsheet "1.ASV_Table" contains all the information about ASV data together with Taxonomical and Functional information associated with each ASV read. The spreadsheet "2.Env_Table" contains all the information about the environmental data used in the manuscript. After these data spreadsheets there is a spreadsheet with the associated metadata, where a description of all the variables and units can be found.

本数据集包含两份数据电子表格。其中名为"1.ASV_Table"的电子表格收录了所有扩增序列变体（Amplicon Sequence Variant, ASV）相关数据，以及与每条ASV读段相关的分类学与功能信息。名为"2.Env_Table"的电子表格则收录了本研究手稿中使用的全部环境数据信息。在上述两份数据电子表格之后，还附带了一份关联元数据（Metadata）电子表格，其中详细说明了所有变量及其对应单位。
