Source-Verifiable Reporting of Rule-Generated Counts in Clinical Epidemiology: Pilot Audit Dataset

This version adds final JCE submission-hygiene revisions for a source-verifiability pilot audit: in-text citation order aligned with first appearance, preregistration punctuation corrected, source-frame figure text shortened, component-domain wording clarified for the unused STR-11 label, README title synchronized, abstract/methods wording tightened, and synchronized JCE-facing manuscript/data files. English source-level and component-level data files for a descriptive pilot meta-research audit of source-verifiable reporting for rule-generated counts in clinical epidemiology-related source records. The package includes source metadata, primary source-verifiable records, broader exploratory records, component-level evidence, initial dual-author coding, component-applicability notes, source-frame construction summaries, scope sensitivity flags, calibration diagnostic checks, worked examples, a data dictionary, an adapted reporting checklist, and a supplementary workbook.
