Principal components analyses (PCA) (<b>A</b>) and Orthogonal Projections to Latent Structures Discriminant Analysts (OPLS-DA) (<b>B</b>) generated in MetaboAnalyst of all identified metabolites PRE- and POST-MTX (<i>n</i> = 40). Metabolites shown represent the top four variables that contributed most significantly to the variance explained by the principal components.
