Analysis of gene expression in wildtype and PPARdelta knockout naïve CD4+ T cells

The goal of this study was to identify differences in gene expression between wildtype and PPARdelta knockout CD4+ T cells. CD62L+CD4+ T cells were magnetically isolated from N=6 WT and N=6 knockout mice per group. Cells were cryopreserved immediately or after a 20 h stimulation in culture with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28 for total RNA isolation. Total RNA was obtained from naïve CD4+ T cells that were freshly isolated from wildtype and PPARdelta knockout mice or from these cells that had been stimulated for 20 h in vitro with anti-CD3 and anti-CD28.
