Functional Genomics Repository

FILER repository is a database developed by the National Institute on Aging Genetics of Alzheimer's Disease Data Storage Site (NIAGADS) with the most comprehensive harmonized, indexed, and searchable human functional genomic and annotation data collection. FILER is built to provide scalable, streamlined access to massive FG data collections across diverse omics data types and assays in consistent, BED-based formats. FILER integrates >100,000 genomic data tracks across >1,100 cell types curated, harmonized, and integrated from >40 data sources and >50 assay types.FILER仓库是由美国国家衰老研究所阿尔茨海默病遗传学数据存储站点（NIAGADS）开发的数据库，收录了当前最为全面的经过统一标准化处理、索引化且可检索的人类功能基因组学与注释数据集。FILER旨在为跨多种组学数据类型与实验检测技术的海量功能基因组数据合集提供可扩展、流程简化的便捷访问途径，且所有数据均采用统一的基于BED格式的标准。FILER整合了超过10万条基因组数据轨道，覆盖1100余种细胞类型，相关数据均从40余个数据源、50余种实验检测类型中经人工精选、统一标准化并整合而来。
