Cu(I)-Catalyzed Synthesis of Imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines from Aminopyridines and Nitroolefins Using Air as the Oxidant

A copper-catalyzed method for the synthesis of imidazo­[1,2-a]­pyridines with aminopyridines and nitroolefins using air as oxidation agent in a one-pot procedure has been developed. In this process, the reaction appears to be very general and suitable for construction of a variety of imidazo­[1,2-a]­pyridines.本研究开发了一种以空气为氧化剂、以氨基吡啶（aminopyridines）与硝基烯烃（nitroolefins）为原料，通过一锅法（one-pot procedure）合成咪唑并[1,2-a]吡啶（imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines）的铜催化方法。该反应底物普适性优异，可用于构建多种不同结构的咪唑并[1,2-a]吡啶类化合物。
