This dataset was used to analyze tweets posted on X by nonprofit organizations. We examined trust, message framing, and positive and negative word of mouth, and also collected engagement analytics. The research question guiding our study was how nonprofit organizations use social media (X) to communicate their values and actions to build trustworthy relationships with communities.
