IL-8 release by immune cells exposed to lipopolysaccharides [Group level descriptive statistics]

This dataset was generated in an in vitro study where 4 cell lines (Caco-2, HT29-MTX-E12, THP-1, and MUTZ-3) were cocultured on three-lane OrganoPlates in order to generate an intestine-on-a-chip model for pathophysiology assessment and drug discovery.
Concentrations of IL-8 released by cells in the medium were measured following stimulation with LPS, using the human IL-8/CXCL8 DuoSet ELISA kit (R&D Systems).
This dataset includes descriptive statistics at the group level.
