This dataset supports the article "A Cloud-Integrated Non-Markovian Stochastic Petri Net Model", which proposes a domain-agnostic NMSPN formalism for the joint performance and dependability evaluation of Cloud-Integrated cyber-physical systems. It contains the full discrete-event Monte Carlo simulation output (120 independent replications) generated for two structurally different case-study instantiations of the model -- a Smart Life environment and a Mining environment -- sharing an identical Cloud/Decision-layer parameterization while differing in their physical-process dynamics. The dataset includes: (i) raw per-replication measurements of throughput, Cloud utilization, queue length, availability, end-to-end latency, and decision-response time; (ii) aggregated base-case summary statistics (mean and 95% confidence interval, Nc=4N_c=4 Nc=4, 20 replications per domain); (iii) aggregated sensitivity-sweep summary statistics across five Cloud-provisioning levels (Nc∈{2,3,4,5,6}N_c \in \{2,3,4,5,6\} Nc∈{2,3,4,5,6}, 10 replications per point).
