NTCdb: single-cell transcriptome database of human inflammatory disease

We have conducted a reanalysis of published datasets. The principle for naming file paths is as follows: the top level is the name of the inflammatory disease, the next level is the PMID of the data source literature, and further down is our analysis results, including folders for "cell," "gene," and "fig_dim.pdf." These three components respectively represent the results from cell analysis, gene analysis, and our data preprocessing outcomes.
