ZIP-file containing confocal image stacks from LNCaP (RFP) 3D co-cultures (WPMY-1, GFP) embedded in Matrigel-collagen and grown in 96-well plates. The cultures are stained with Hoechst and EdU and are treated with docetaxel (0.003 uM) and imaged at day 20. Images are 16-bit multi-channel image stacks containing the EdU, RFP, GFP and Hoechst channel (in that order) . The pixelsize is ( 1.3 x 1.3 x 10 ) micron at 10x magnification. Images are in TIF-format, and are best opened in ImageJ for visualisation.
本数据集为ZIP压缩包,内含源自LNCaP(红色荧光蛋白(RFP)标记)与WPMY-1(绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)标记)的3D共培养体系的共聚焦图像栈。该共培养体系包埋于基质胶(Matrigel)-胶原基质中,于96孔板内培养;培养体系经赫斯特荧光染料(Hoechst)与5-乙炔基-2'-脱氧尿苷(EdU)染色,并经0.003 μM多西他赛(docetaxel)处理,于培养第20天完成成像。图像为16位多通道图像栈,按顺序包含EdU、RFP、GFP及Hoechst四个通道。在10倍放大倍率下,像素尺寸为(1.3 × 1.3 × 10) 微米。所有图像采用TIF格式存储,推荐使用ImageJ软件进行可视化查看。
