ECLIPSE WP2 phage probes development

The dataset is related to the probe development of bait phages probes for the selective detection of specific bacteria, viruses, and parasites in WP2. In particular, the phage probes are LI2, LI5 and LI6 for the recognition of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, S-alpha for the recognition of SARS-CoV-2, and LEI1 for the recognition of Leishmania infantum. The data includes the descriptions of selective peptide sequences expressed by all clone phages. These data have been used in Wp4 and they are essential for the preparation of magnetic beads for the biochip for microorganims detection and useful for all the researchers.本数据集与WP2中用于选择性检测特定细菌、病毒及寄生虫的诱饵噬菌体探针（bait phage probes）开发工作相关。具体而言，LI2、LI5及LI6三款噬菌体探针可用于识别铜绿假单胞菌（Pseudomonas aeruginosa），S-alpha可用于识别严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2（SARS-CoV-2），LEI1则可用于识别婴儿利什曼原虫（Leishmania infantum）。本数据集涵盖了所有克隆噬菌体所表达的选择性肽序列的相关说明。此类数据已在WP4中得到应用，其对于制备用于微生物检测生物芯片的磁珠至关重要，同时可为所有研究人员提供助力。
