This article explores the development of an integrated visualization system based on numerical models to support decision-making in project management. The proposed system combines data-driven modeling, analytical methods, and interactive visualization tools, enabling managers to evaluate project scenarios, predict risks, and optimize resource allocation. The research highlights the theoretical foundations of numerical modeling, the role of visualization in enhancing managerial insight, and the practical application of integrated systems in real-world project environments. 本文针对项目管理决策需求,研究了基于数值模型(numerical models)的集成可视化系统的开发路径。本研究所提出的系统融合了数据驱动建模、分析方法与交互式可视化工具,能够辅助管理人员开展项目场景评估、风险预测及资源配置优化工作。本研究着重阐述了数值建模的理论基础、可视化在强化管理洞察方面的作用,以及集成系统在真实项目场景中的落地应用实践。研究结果显示,此类系统可显著提升决策质量、降低不确定性,并帮助相关人员更透彻地理解项目动态变化。
