*Pvrf, Psnp, Pinteraction and beta were, respectively, p-value for risk factor main effect, p-value for SNP main effect, p-value and regression coefficient for their interactive effect, based on Logistic (plaque presence) and Poisson (plaque count) regression models after adjusting for age, sex, smoking, hypertension, diabetes and waist-to-hip ratio as well as genomic control variables (PCAs) if applicable.Pvrf、Psnp、Pinteraction与beta分别对应风险因素主效应p值、单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）主效应p值、二者交互效应的p值及回归系数。上述统计量均基于Logistic回归（用于分析斑块存在情况）与Poisson回归（用于分析斑块数量）模型构建，且已校正年龄、性别、吸烟史、高血压、糖尿病、腰臀比，以及若适用的基因组对照变量（主成分分析，PCAs）。
