Data for publication: "Isolating large-scale smoke impacts on cloud and precipitation processes over the Amazon with convection permitting resolution"

Data and scripts for generating figures from the paper "Isolating large-scale smoke impacts on cloud and precipitation processes over the Amazon with convection permitting resolution" accepted for publication in JGR: Atmospheres in June 2021. The scripts are written in a jupyter lab book. Netcdf files for generating the figures are included as a tar file. Once relevant python modules have been installed the only thing that needs to be updated is the directory locations of the netcdf files and the output file. The original methods for manipulating the ICON model output are intact within the scripts.本数据集包含复现2021年6月被《地球物理学研究杂志：大气》（JGR: Atmospheres）接收待刊的论文《利用对流容许分辨率分离亚马逊地区大规模烟雾对云与降水过程的影响》中各类图表所需的数据与脚本。所用脚本以Jupyter Lab笔记本形式编写。用于生成图表的NetCDF（网络通用数据格式）文件已打包为tar归档文件。在安装相关Python模块后，仅需更新NetCDF文件与输出文件的目录路径即可运行脚本。脚本中完整保留了处理ICON模型输出数据的原生方法。
