Base de dados derivada dos resultados oficiais públicos das Chamadas CNPq nº 18/2024 e nº 23/2025, restritos ao Comitê de Assessoramento de Medicina. Inclui 342 pesquisadores contemplados, com sexo presumido a partir do prenome e verificação documental em Lattes/Escavador nos casos ambíguos, classificação de subárea (com identificação dos 30 pesquisadores em Tocoginecologia), nível da bolsa, instituição e nota. Material de apoio do artigo a ser publicado na Revista Brasileira de Saúde Materno Infantil. Arquivo bilíngue (PT/EN). Dataset derived from the official public results of CNPq Calls No. 18/2024 and No. 23/2025, restricted to the Medicine Advisory Committee. Includes 342 awardees, with sex presumed from first name and documentary verification in Lattes/Escavador for ambiguous cases, subarea classification (identifying the 30 researchers in Obstetrics & Gynecology), fellowship level, institution and score. Supporting material for an article to be published in the Brazilian Journal of Maternal and Child Health. Bilingual file (PT/EN).本数据集源自巴西国家科研委员会（CNPq）第18/2024号与第23/2025号资助通告的官方公开结果，仅限医学咨询委员会范畴内的项目信息。数据集包含342名获批资助的研究者，其性别信息通过研究者的名字推定；对于性别判定存在歧义的案例，则通过拉特斯平台（Lattes）与埃斯卡瓦多学术搜索平台（Escavador）的文档记录完成核实。数据集涵盖研究者的亚领域分类（其中已识别出30名产科学与妇科学方向的研究者）、资助等级、所属机构及评审得分。本数据集为将发表于《巴西妇幼健康杂志》（Revista Brasileira de Saúde Materno Infantil）的学术论文配套支撑材料，为葡萄牙语-英语双语文件。
