Traffic Accident Data in Changchun, Northeast China.

It describes a traffic network in Changchun city of northeast China by using weighted edges-list and node-list. Each node represents a crossing in the road network with longitude and latitude, each edge represents a road section, the weight of each edge is defined as total number of traffic accidents occurred on each road. We also integrate road structure data and meteorological data to explore the characteristics of traffic network. In addition, we provide the ArcGIS shapefiles for the road sections and the districts of Changchun city.

本数据集采用加权边列表与节点列表的格式，对中国东北长春市的交通路网进行建模。每个节点代表道路路网中的一处交叉口，附带经纬度坐标；每条边对应一段道路路段，边的权重被定义为该路段上发生的交通事故总数量。本数据集还整合了道路结构数据与气象数据，用于分析交通路网的特征。此外，还提供了长春市道路路段与辖区的ArcGIS形状文件。
