Soil moisture is measured in 5, 10 and 30 cm under mixed heath vegetation adjacent to the BioBasis phenology plot Pap-3. The soil moisture measurements have been running from 2004 - now. Soil moisture is measured manully every week, during the snow free season. Cables between soil moisture sensor in 30 cm's depth and logger were cut by foxes in 2006 and have not been replaced.

本数据集在毗邻BioBasis物候样地Pap-3的混合石楠灌丛植被下，于5 cm、10 cm及30 cm深度开展土壤湿度（soil moisture）监测。该监测工作自2004年起持续开展至今。在无雪季，每周以人工方式完成土壤湿度监测。2006年，30 cm深度的土壤湿度传感器（soil moisture sensor）与数据记录仪（logger）之间的线缆被狐狸咬断，且至今未被更换修复。
