Pseudomonas detection in clinical samples with phages, V1, ECLIPSE WP5 Task 2

The dataset is related to clinical study. Data on Pseudomonas-positive and Pseudomonas-negative clinical samples were obtained from the diagnostic routine at IRCCS-AOUBO. Data obtained from an in house quantitative real-time PCR (reference test) were added and compared with results obtained by employing the newly developed platform based on phage detection. The data were generated in the framework of the Horizon Europe project ECLIPSE.本数据集服务于临床研究范畴。研究人员从IRCCS-AOUBO的常规诊断流程中采集了假单胞菌（Pseudomonas）阳性及阴性临床样本的相关数据。同时纳入通过内部定量实时PCR（quantitative real-time PCR，参考检测方法）获取的检测数据，并将其与基于新开发的噬菌体检测平台所得的结果进行对比。本数据集的生成依托于欧洲地平线（Horizon Europe）项目ECLIPSE的研究框架。
